Le plus souvent utilisé en tant que joint à 90 degrés entre le rail supérieur et un montant intermédiaire d’un gardecorps. Etant donné qu’il y a deux vis d’arrêt sans tête dans le manchon, ce raccord Kee Klamp peut être utilisé quand un joint est nécessaire au niveau du rail horizontal. Une autre possibilité est d’utiliser un raccord du Type 10 en position verticale à la place du Type 25, et de n’utiliser ce dernier que lorsqu’il y a un joint au niveau du rail.
